What's involved:
Welcome & connection – gentle opening to help participants settle and connect
Mini team discussions – spark ideas around a theme like team values, business vision, or wellbeing
Creative exploration – around 1.5 hours of art-creating (e.g. painting, collage, or clay) guided by a facilitator
Reflection & gallery walk – time to observe, share, and reflect on each other's creations in a supportive space
