Create to Communicate is a 4 or 8-week creative arts course designed to build confidence, connection, and emotional expression through hands-on activities. Using painting, movement, clay, and reflection, participants explore who they are, how they feel, and how they connect—with themselves and others. No experience needed, just curiosity
